　　3.2睾酮睾酮为雌二醇的前体物质，在男性与女性体内均可存在，通常作为免疫抑制剂使用。在合并有克兰费尔综合征（患者性染色体组为XXY型，表现为小睾丸，精子缺乏与不育，尿中促性腺激素排泄增加，患者身高体长）的SLE患者在接受睾酮治疗后，SLE的临床症状得到缓解［21］。
　　4环境因素
　　光过敏是SLE患者的一个常见症状，紫外线照射可使得易感个体出现皮疹甚至全身性反应。某些患者对紫外线高度敏感，据报道有一例患者的皮肤狼疮因暴露于影印机发射的紫外线中而恶化。Sontheimer对紫外线诱发狼疮的可能机制加以综合后得出如下假设：抗Ro抗体与光过敏皮疹的发生相关，紫外线照射使得促炎细胞因子释放增多以及角质细胞凋亡率增高，导致包括Ro抗原在内的自身抗原暴露和后续的角质细胞的细胞毒反应，从而诱发SLE或使SLE症状加重［4］。综上所述，SLE是一种由多种因素参与并相互作用而引起的复杂的自身免疫性疾病，对于SLE研究已取得了极大的成绩，我们对它的认识也越来越深入。尽管SLE的病死率在过去十年里逐渐降低，它仍然是一种严重威胁人类(本文转载自 www.yzbxz.com 一枝笔写作网)健康的疾病，对SLE病因学的进一步研究，将为SLE的治疗提供更好的靶点。
